Terms and Conditions

These are the terms and conditions governing use of Rings Real English in Real Ireland website and the agreement that operates between us and you (the “terms”). These terms set out the rights and obligations of all users (either as individuals or as a group) (“you”/”your”) and those of Rings Real English in Real Ireland (“us”/”our”/ “we”) in relation to the services offered by us through Rings Real English in Real Ireland website. Before you click on the “continue” button at the end of the booking process, please carefully read these terms and conditions. By clicking on the “Place Order” button you are consenting to be bound by these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all of the terms and the Privacy Policy, do not click on the “Place Order” button and leave the website instead.

Enrolments are accepted on condition that students have no illness or infirmities that they do not mention and explain in advance. In the event of discovery of any serious health problem/contagious illness, mental or physical handicap not disclosed at the time of booking, or criminal or antisocial behaviour on the part of a student, Rings Real English in Real Ireland reserves the right to terminate the course and repatriate that student at their own cost and without refund of fees.

Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of €200 is required to secure your reservation.

Payment

Full fees must be paid at least four weeks before arrival.

Cancellation

No refunds will be given for cancellation, accident, illness, loss of property or for any other reason. In the event of legitimate medical or travel emergency, your course fee is protected.

Rings Real English in Real Ireland reserves the right to cancel a booking forthwith without liability on its part in the event of any cause beyond the control of the school which shall prevent it from performing its obligations in connection with any booking. In such an event Rings Real English in Real Ireland will refund the deposit made but will have no further liability to the students.

Amendments By Us

In the unlikely event that we need to amend your reservation, we will confirm this in writing in advance of your arrival. Should you be unhappy with our alternative arrangements we will refund your money in full.

In the case of an unforseen illness or other reason why it would be impossible for Rings Real English in Real Ireland to provide the classes as promised every possible effort would be made to find an alternative solution.

Amendments By You

It may be possible to change your start date so please contact us in advance.

Insurance

Rings Real English in Real Ireland holds insurance as required by Irish law. Rings Real English in Real Ireland does not provide travel insurance for students. Before arrival all persons participating in Rings Real English in Real Ireland courses should arrange their own insurance against all expenses that might arise due to accident, illness or loss of luggage, personal effects and money.

Students are strongly urged to organise their own travel and health insurance prior to their arrival in Ireland.

Students from within the European Union will be advised to hold a European Health Insurance Card (EHIC). This entitles you to free emergency hospital care.

Privacy

We take great care with personal information that is provided to us online ensuring it is used only for stated purposes. We do not pass either your email address or personal details on to any third party.

Photography and Filming

Group and individual photographs may be taken professionally for use in marketing materials (e.g. brochure, website) or regularly as part of the day-to-day life of Rings Real English in Real Ireland for social media and blogs. Anyone wishing to opt out should inform the school in writing on arrival.

Disputes/Complaints

Any disputes relating to services provided by Rings Real English in Real Ireland must be brought to the attention of Rings Real English in Real Ireland’s management while the complainant is in Ireland. Rings Real English in Real Ireland will not entertain complaints about services provided where these complaints were not reported to Rings Real English in Real Ireland at the time. Where necessary any legal disputes will be heard in the courts of the Republic of Ireland. Courses and bookings are subject to the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act 1980.
